Not only does Arrow offer your game the versatility of our complete 54,000 Capitol paper series, but we also offer you the collations and variety of colors to best meet the needs of your game.
By collating your paper into book form, you can provide players with different packages to play with different colored sheets for a selected group of games.
Each game can have its own color sheet so that your floorworkers can always be sure that every player is using the correct sheet for the game being played. Any of our specialty papers such as Starburst, Big Burst, Horizon, Red, White & Blue or USA can be collated right in the book!
Capitol® Player Preferred® Bingo Paper Series
If you are currently playing a 1-18,000 series, switch to our Spade (36,001-45,000) series and Heart (45,001-54,000) series for a better distribution of numbers. Players will enjoy the increased action, excitement and suspense to keep them returning to your game.

Starburst® Bingo Paper
Only random Starburst in the industry!
Starburst is bingo with an innovative twist! Each bingo face on the 3 ON V cut shown has a Starburst randomly printed on one of the 24 squares. With unlimited ways to play ranging from a bonus prize for a bingo on a star, to an extra free space or wild number, Starburst is sure to be a big hit at your game.
Ways to Play Starburst Bingo Paper:
Available in 1-9,000 24V, 1-9,000 36S
and 9,001-18,000 36S series.
Bonus Prize: Award a larger prize if a player bingos on a star. The bonus will be won on average in 1 out of 24 games played (4.2% of the time).
Use the Starburst as a second free space.
Award a bonus prize if a player covers all 3 starbursts on a 3 ON V in the first 3 numbers called. The game continues until there is a winner on the game pattern being played. On average, only 1 sheet in 67,525 sold will win the bonus.

Big Burst™ Bingo Paper
The letters "B", "I" & "G" with a burst appear on every bingo face. The game can be used as a 3 ON V, 6 ON V, 9 ON or 18 ON cut. Each series is prined in a blue border color. The product is printed on a 36 ON master sheet.
One series can be used in a collation; the other series can be used for floor sales and can be played simultaneously without the risk of duplicate faces.
Ways to play Big Burst Bingo Paper
If the player dabs the B, I and G on one face in the first three balls called they win a special prize.
When the player wins the bingo game and the last number called is a B, I or G they win an additional prize.
If you are playing on a 3 ON V sheet, the first player to dab all three sets of B.I.G. in a specified number of calls wins a special prize.
Red, White & Blue Vertical Cut Bingo Paper

Use Barber Pole along with standard Capitol border paper and standard Capitol tints and you can easily identify 3 different payouts that are simultaneously played. Players can win more if they spend more and your bingo staff will be able to easily and accurately pay the correct prize amount.

USA Pattern Bingo Paper
The USA Pattern paper is a special bingo game designed as a floor special that offers variety and excitement for players. With its strong patriotic theme, is great for special fund raising games or events.
This game is available in our Player Preferred 36,001 to 45,000 series.
HOW TO PLAY USING USA PATTERN PAPER:
Object is to complete all of the preprinted USA pattern (U, S, and A) on a 3 ON vertical bingo sheet in order to win the top cash prize.
Takes over 60 calls on average - GREAT for your regular game session.
ADDITIONALl SHORTENED WAYS TO PLAY USA PATTERN PAPER:
Great for jackpots or specials. To make the game more exciting, try offering a lesser prize to the first player to complete the printed pattern on a single face.
Use a wild ball - mark all numbers that end with the ending digit of the first ball called.
Use an Odd/Even Wild ball - The first ball called determines whether all of the odd numbers or all of the even numbers are wild. Players will dab only the even or odd numbers of the USA pattern.
MULTI-LEVEL PLAY
Another great way to play USA Pattern Paper.
Prize is awarded to first player to complete the "u" patter, OR the "S" patter, OR the "A" pattern. (they do not need to get all three). The "S" patter usually takes the longest to complete, so it should pay the largest prize. The "U" pattern is the second easiest to complete, and the "A" pattern is the easiest.
